After you have placed an order and completed payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order and normally your order will be shipped within 2 days.

In rare cases it may happen that for certain reasons a shipment has to be postponed, for example if an item unexpectedly turns out not to be in stock. Of course, we will contact you immediately in such cases.

Orders are shipped with PostNL or DPD. After we have submitted the package for shipment, you will receive a tracking number so you can see where your package is and when it will be delivered.
